Meditation

I’ve been a student of Tibetan Buddhism for nearly two decades, and this path has deeply shaped the way I see and relate to others. At the heart of my practice is the understanding that every person is inherently worthy and whole. This view guides not only my work as a therapist, but also how I engage with the world around me.

A regular meditation practice helps me stay connected to compassion, presence, and kindness—qualities I strive to bring into the therapeutic space. As a certified meditation instructor, I’m also able to share mindfulness and awareness-based practices with those who are interested. These tools can be especially helpful for working with overwhelm, anxiety, shame, or simply as a way to cultivate greater ease and connection in daily life.
