Therapy

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your only option is to avoid what’s painful, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Seeking support is a powerful first step toward creating lasting change. Together, we can explore new ways of meeting life’s challenges with clarity, honesty, and resilience.

Each of us carries our own perspective and patterns—habits we’ve developed to navigate the world. Therapy offers a space to gently examine those patterns and, when needed, expand your toolbox with new skills and insights. My goal is to support you in cultivating a deep and unconditional friendship with yourself. From this place of inner connection, you can access your innate strength, confidence, and capacity to thrive—even in a world that often feels uncertain and overwhelming. The fact that you’re reading this means your journey has already begun.

I hold deep respect for the unique experience of each person I work with. I strive to offer a therapeutic space rooted in presence, acceptance, and compassion—where you can feel safe bringing all parts of yourself. Our work will be guided by a spirit of curiosity, patience, and care.

My approach draws from body-centered and mindfulness-based psychotherapy, as well as psychodynamic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, and I support individuals in navigating the impact of trauma with sensitivity and attunement.
